Snap! The Red Bings of Broxburn.

  • A first Photowalk for West Lothian

The local community group responsible for The Shale People Project now has our monumental landmarks in its sights.

Artichange have invited Jon Eland, self-confessed 'digital evangelist, photo-imagemaker and all round good egg' to lead two of his nationally successful Photowalks on Wednesday the 1st of June around and up the Bings of Broxburn.

Anyone who's interested in digital photography should grab their camera bag and get their walking shoes on to join one of two great events. The 'Afternoon Sun' photowalk starts at 12 noon, with the 'Evening Light' event at six o'clock.

All happy snappers welcome- simply meet half an hour before the start at Broxburn United Sports Club...and we're off!

Now taken part in three different photowalks around and up the bings between Broxburn and Winchburgh- in rain and shine! I've posted a handful here- but most contributors images can be seen on our new Artichange Flickr Site at http://www.flickr.com/groups/1659091@N20/
